Delivery Policy

(1) Introduction

 

This delivery policy gives details of delivery that apply to any orders for our products made through our website.

 

This policy is a legally binding document, and forms part of the contract of sale between you and us made under our terms of sale.

 

(2) Delivery countries

 

Due to warranty and import restrictions in some countries, our online sales are currently limited to delivery in Hong Kong only. For delivery outside Hong Kong, please Contact Us by email to inquire delivery availability and freight cost.

(3) Delivery charge and time

 

When selecting the delivery method during check out, please make sure to select the correct delivery zone. If your actual delivery address is not corresponding to your selected zone, we will hold your order and require you to pay the applicable delivery charge or the difference.

 

Zone 1: Hong Kong, Kowloon, and New Territories Address

  • Orders over HK$1000 - free delivery.

  • Orders under HK$1000 - HK$50 delivery charge.

  • Delivery time is about 3-5 working days.

Zone 2: Islands & Discovery Bay Address

​

  • Orders over HK$1500 - free delivery.

  • Orders under HK$1500 - HK$100 delivery charge.

  • Delivery time is about 7 working days.

 

(4) Delivery and tracking methods

 

We employ the best available delivery services for delivering the orders. When your order is received by our courier for delivery to you, we will send you an email notification. If tracking number is available, we will include such information in the email.

 

(5) Delivery problems

 

If you experience any problems with a delivery, please contact us by email to sales@lumea.com.hk.

 

If our delivery service provider is unable to deliver your products, and such failure is your fault, then we may agree to arrange for re-delivery of the products, providing that we reserve the right to charge you for the actual costs of re-delivery (even where the initial delivery was free-of-charge).

 

An indicative list of the situations where a failure to deliver will be your fault is set out below:

 

  • you provided the wrong address for delivery;

  • there is a mistake in the address for delivery that was provided;

  • the address for delivery is not reasonably accessible;

  • the address for delivery cannot safely be accessed; and

  • there is no person available at the address for delivery to accept delivery and provide a signature or no person available at any alternate delivery address which may have been provided at the time of ordering.

 

A failed delivery that you do not believe to be your fault, or suspected damage due to delivery, must be reported to us within 10 working days of placing the order, please contact sales@lumea.com.hk. Failed deliveries outside of this time frame will not be compensated.
