Product Warranty

Electronic products, such as rechargeable LED candles and charging accessories, purchased at www.home-ambience.com carry a 6-month limited warranty period from the date of order delivery against electronic defects and failures.  Accidental damages, improper usages or normal wear-and-tears are not covered under the warranty.

Non-electronic products, such as lamp holders, lamp bodies, glass shades and decorative items are not covered by warranty for damages due to accidents or improper handling.

If you believe that your purchased product has failed to operate within the 6-month warranty period due to electronic defect (based on your original purchased date), email to sales@lumea.com.hk for help.

In your email, please state clearly:

 

  1. Your order number

  2. Date of your purchase

  3. Date of receiving your order

  4. Suspected product problem

  5. Supporting photos or illustrations

 

If we have initially determined the product to be defective, based on your provided information, we will instruct you the return procedures via email for product examination.

​

Please note that customer is responsible for all the fees involved for returning the suspected defective product. Package containing returning product remain the responsibility of the customer until it is received by us. Therefore, it is recommended that the customer takes necessary precautions by using registered and traceable services when returning the package.

 

The returned product will be tested and examined. If the product is found defective but repairable, we will repair for you. If the product is non-repairable, at our sole discretion, the product will be replaced with a new one. We will send you the repaired product or the replacement to your originally stated delivery address at our cost.

Returns without prior communication with us will not be accepted.

​

Warranty applies to sales and deliveries within Hong Kong only.
