Return & Exchange Policy

All products purchased at www.home-ambience.com cannot be refunded, exchanged or returned. Exceptions for exchange will be allowed for defective products only. If you believe that your received product is defective, email to sales@lumea.com.hk for exchange request, within 10 days of receiving your order (based on our delivery tracking record).

 

To request exchange, please email to sales@lumea.com.hk. In your request, please state clearly:

  1. Your order number

  2. Date of your purchase

  3. Date of receiving your order

  4. Suspected product problem

  5. Supporting photos or illustrations

 

If we have initially determined the product to be defective, based on your provided information, we will instruct you the return procedures via email.

Please note that customer is responsible for all the fees involved for returning the suspected defective product. Package containing returning product remain the responsibility of the customer until it is received by us. Therefore, it is recommended that the customer takes necessary precautions by using registered and traceable services when returning the package.

 

The returned product will be tested and examined. If the product is found defective, at our sole discretion, you will be eligible to exchange your product. We will send a replacement to your originally stated delivery address at our cost.

 

Returns without prior communication with us will not be accepted.

 

Exchange policy applies to sales and deliveries within Hong Kong only.
